Counselling is confidential and offers you the space and time to explore your concerns within a safe and supportive environment. The aim is to help you find your own answers and empower yourself.
We work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. Sessions for individuals are weekly and last for 50 minutes. Sessions for couples last for one hour and twenty minutes and are weekly or bi-weekly. An initial meeting offers you the chance to talk through what you need before you decide if Counselling or Psychotherapy is for you.
People often seek Counselling and Psychotherapy to get support through a difficult period or transition in their life. Some people might have identified specific problems they would like to explore. At times it might be less specific, such as a sense of being generally unhappy or stuck, not knowing why. Some general issues include:

Parenting Concerns
Panic Attacks
Anxiety
